This is the highest Governance body of the Trust, which approves all matters and decision providing a strategic direction for AMDT as stated in the Strategy Documents, Annual Business Plans and the Annual Budget. It is composed of Development Partners (Currently Denmark and Sweden), representatives from the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania and selected Private Sector stakeholders.
