The Board of Trustees is charged with responsibility to maintain and build the AMDT’s capacity to generate value and impact for the beneficiaries, who are primarily smallholder farmers and other stakeholders, in accordance with the prescriptions of the AMDT Trust Deed. It brings an independent and objective view to AMDT`s decisions and to oversee the performance and activities of the Management.
